In Two Minds About Therapy? This Post Could Change Your Mind

Going to therapy can be an incredibly hard step for a lot of people especially if the topic of mental health taboo within their immediate sphere. I came across this status on Facebook that I believe presents a great case as to why therapy is a necessary step for a lot of people. It addresses issues such as shame and draws a very good distinction between the impact of talking to friends in comparison with a therapist. I’m currently working creating a database of accessible therapists and counsellors specifically catered towards Muslims or BAME people in the UK. Do have a read and I hope it’s beneficial.
